About The Position

The Retail Parts Pro is a professional-level sales position focused on supporting the advanced functions of the DIY automotive business. This role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and parts, enabling the individual to assist customers with advanced identification, troubleshooting, and project assistance. The position is full-time and involves managing DIY services and ensuring high standards of customer service and store appearance.

Requirements

• Professional level sales experience in automotive parts
• Expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proven sales ability and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Basic math skills for inventory and sales transactions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

• ASE certification preferred but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities including task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
