About the position

The front desk position, also known as Wellness Membership Advisor, at our therapeutic massage studio in Union Village, Henderson, is a sales and customer service role focused on enhancing client experiences. This position can be part-time or full-time, with a requirement for weekend availability. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about positively impacting clients' lives through excellent service and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Handling transactions, email and phone communications accurately.
• Greeting clients and assisting during the checkout process.
• Using discovery questions when booking/scheduling appointments and making recommendations.
• Light cleaning/studio maintenance tasks.
• Creating rapport and providing excellent customer care.
• Consistently and effectively endorsing/sharing information on our membership program.

Requirements

• Ability to follow a proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on listening to clients.
• Ability to turn unsatisfactory client feedback into positive customer service experiences.
• Friendly demeanor and ability to establish great rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Dependable and takes initiative.
