Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Train and supervise sales staff to meet sales goals and improve performance.
- Maintain knowledge of products including vape, kratom, and delta to assist customers effectively.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized for optimal sales performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
- 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
- 1 year of experience with vape products (required).
- 1 year of experience with delta products (preferred).
- 1 year of experience with kratom products (preferred).
- Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
Nice-to-haves
