Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to assist customers in finding solutions.
• Create a positive and inviting environment for customers.
• Stay current on technology products and services to offer comprehensive solutions.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns on the sales floor.
• Ensure the Tech department meets key metrics, including profitable sales.
• Be flexible in various responsibilities such as cashiering, merchandising, and returns.

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable and nonconfrontational manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Physical ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously.
