This role is not just about selling products; it's about building a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement. In addition to customer interaction, you will support product replenishment activities to ensure the store remains full and abundant. You will also assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Maintaining our values, policies, and procedures is essential to ensure a positive, high-energy environment for both customers and associates.
