About the position

As a Retail Store Manager at Spectrum, you will empower your team to exceed goals while showing a keen interest in their development and professional growth. You will inspire your team, sharing your subject-matter expertise and cultivating creativity within an incentive-based work environment. Your efforts will positively impact your community by expanding customer access to Spectrum's leading services, including Spectrum Internet, mobile, TV, and voice. Responsibilities

  • Inspire your team and cultivate creativity within an incentive-based work environment.
  • Collaborate with peers to build high-performing teams through best practice sharing.
  • Coach and develop sales reps to reach their personal and professional goals.
  • Ensure store success by building positive customer relationships and utilizing probing techniques to overcome obstacles.
  • Communicate with customers in a retail setting, delivering a positive company image while exceeding operational metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Experience working inside a retail store environment
  • High level of comfort with personal technology
  • Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • 1-3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience.
