Revenue Auditor

About the position

The Auditor position is responsible for conducting daily gaming and non-gaming revenue audits and completing associated checklists. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting within the Finance department. The Auditor will work under the supervision of the Supervisor Revenue Audit and is expected to adhere to established procedures while performing their duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily revenue audits in accordance with established procedures.
• Track and report variances and complete required audit forms.
• Perform daily audits on electronic gaming devices, cage accountability, and non-gaming revenues.
• Summarize, calculate, and record numbers on various documents.
• Review, reconcile, and verify documents for proper completion.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances identified during audits and issue exception reports.
• Perform W2G balancing.
• Ensure all revenues/expenses are supported by properly authorized documentation and recorded to the proper account.
• Complete Audit Finding Reports on all deviations from procedures and/or internal controls found.
• Maintain credit card terminal reports and statements.
• Report and maintain daily revenues from all outlets.
• Maintain Point of Sale reports.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with the Internal Control System.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of electronic spreadsheet programs and other office products.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
