About the position

The Revenue Cycle Analyst II position involves working with various stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and maintain revenue cycle information systems. This role requires expertise in system analysis, data integrity, and user communication, with a focus on enhancing workflow efficiency and productivity within healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Work with external vendors, system owners, community partners, contractors, and leadership to design, develop, implement, and operationalize revenue cycle information systems.
• Act as an application administrator ensuring data integrity and maintaining system security.
• Extract, analyze, and transform data while facilitating user/vendor communication.
• Manage software upgrades, implementations, and conversions.
• Analyze, plan, design, create, and maintain reports using various technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Intermediate level (3-5 years) experience with Soarian application and HL7 interface troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of experience working in an IS Healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, Change Healthcare, nThrive, Patient Keeper, and Revenue Cycle processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Scheduling, Registration, HIM coding and abstracting, Patient Accounting and Billing.
