About the position

The Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst at Emerus Holdings Inc. is responsible for the project management, implementation, training, and support of practice management and clinical systems. This role ensures quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the organization by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of hospital workflows from clinical, operational, and technical perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality standards and best practices for Revenue Cycle Systems.
• Develop detailed policies, procedures, and training documentation.
• Optimize processes for productivity and cost control.
• Provide training to new and existing users.
• Validate data and ensure accuracy of reports and query results.
• Design and maintain system configurations, including clinical content and fee schedules.
• Provide primary support for clinical systems and secondary support for hardware and networking.
• Communicate urgent needs to the Director of IT Revenue Cycle Systems.
• Respond to user requests efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Act as IT liaison for CBO management and the Director of IT Revenue Cycle Systems.
• Work with other IT teams to ensure system connectivity and compatibility.
• Monitor application performance and utilization.
• Participate in maintenance windows and disaster recovery planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent technical work experience in healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cerner or Epic hospital and/or professional billing.
• Experience in healthcare business intelligence and reporting.
• Experience in system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret data across multiple systems and understand trends.
• Knowledgeable in government compliance and regulation reporting.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
