As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Overtime, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing all sales dashboards across the company's CRM (Salesforce). Your role will involve assisting with the monthly revenue reconciliation for all company Brand Partnership revenue and updating processes to improve and simplify pipeline visibility for sales leadership on regular cadences. You will support sales leadership by optimizing field entries in Salesforce for improved visibility to regional leadership and prepare quarterly retrospective sales data for further analysis. Additionally, you will assist in building materials for the Head of Revenue Operations to present during monthly and quarterly meetings, help with the yearly budget across account creation and management with sales leadership, and work on semi-regular account and agency spend analysis. Managing overall pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and external sales data reports will also be part of your responsibilities.
