Requirements

• Associates in Nursing Required
• Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably as per the American Nurses Association (ANA) standards.
• Demonstrate competency through the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Uphold professional performance standards including ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, and quality of practice.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including hospitalists, care managers, social workers, and therapists.
• Self-schedule shifts to create a work-life balance.
