RN Per Diem- Wound Care

We are searching for an Experienced RN for the Wound Care Center - a minimum of one year related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties involving case management of assigned patients including but not limited to wound care and other clinical activities associated with providing safe patient care.
• Responsible for periodic evaluation of assigned patient plan of care and in collaboration with Physician establish an alternate plan if needed.
• Participate in patient and wound care data conferences and continuing education as determined by Program Director and Manager.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• A minimum of one year related work experience required.
• Must demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as related database programs.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse Certification (WOCN) is also preferred.
• Certifications in Medical Surgical, Home Health and Wound Care preferred.
