About The Position

The position involves creating and executing project work plans within the healthcare program, managing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. The role requires effective communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to adapt to various patient populations while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 5 years of nursing experience required; 1 year of supervisory experience required.
  • Current RN License in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills with advanced judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in clinical specialty area.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as necessary to meet changing needs.
  • Identify resources needed and manage day-to-day operational aspects of the Programs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate delivery of care plans.
  • Manage implementation timelines and provide ongoing clinical and technical support.
  • Conduct system and process reviews to recommend improvements in productivity and quality.
  • Serve as a liaison to regulatory agencies and community partners.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and in-services as required.
  • Serve as a team lead and chair committees as assigned.
  • Adapt behavior to specific patient populations, ensuring respect for privacy and effective communication.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
