As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients, conducting technical sales presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for utilizing Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales activities, negotiating pricing and contractual agreements, and analyzing market trends to identify areas for growth. This position offers the flexibility of a 1099 contractor role, allowing you to create your own schedule while working full-time from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct technical sales presentations to potential customers
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with customers
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales
  • Strong account management skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with customers
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
  • Knowledge of technology sales is preferred
