We serve large financial institutions, trading firms, central banks, and corporations, and are committed to automating processes that positively impact our customers' work while providing insights for more informed decision-making. Our software and data simplify complex processes and digitize businesses, helping leading organizations operate more efficiently than ever before. ION software underpins the global fixed income, foreign exchange, and derivatives markets, powers the world's central banks, and manages cash and risk for thousands of companies worldwide. Our data and analytics serve as the golden source for M&A, equity, and leverage finance bankers globally. The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a foundational global initiative aimed at developing talent for ION's growing operations. This program offers outstanding college graduates the opportunity to start their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced global FinTech firm. Analysts will spend the first 18 months in three unique, six-month rotations covering a broad range of ION's core capabilities. After completing their rotations, analysts will transition to a deeper dive in one specific area of ION. Sample rotations include Product Strategy, Product Management, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Product Implementation, Services Consulting and Delivery, Sales and Account Management, Corporate Development, and Project Management. Throughout the program, analysts will work at the forefront of the FinTech industry alongside fellow analysts and experienced subject matter experts. After a thorough onboarding program, they will be expected to take ownership of challenging projects that significantly impact the company and its customers. Analysts will gain exposure to various areas of ION's capabilities and will be encouraged to pursue interests and skills outside of their rotations to further their development and that of the organization. The program is available in New York, Chicago, and London, with opportunities for analysts to take rotations in different locations, both domestically and internationally.
