About The Position

The RV Sales Consultant at Good Life RV is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales for new and used recreational vehicles. This role involves assisting clients in selecting the right RV, conducting demonstrations, and maintaining follow-up with customers. The position emphasizes a professional experience and aims to contribute to the dealership's reputation for outstanding service and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Strong motivational skills and ability to work independently

• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases
• Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner
• Experience in sales is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Help clients select the unit which best fits their needs
• Provide a high quality, professional experience while generating sales for new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstrations and feature walk around presentations
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients
• Utilize prospect management systems as required
• Attend all meetings and trainings as required
• Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments
• Know current inventory, be enthusiastic and have strong communication with management
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
• May cross train to perform other duties
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
