About the position
Our team is currently in the initial talent search phase for the planned Feature Film ‘Gnostic Invitation', which is inspired by the Mark Rucker painting of the same name. This is a nationwide talent search aimed at finding the right actors to bring this project to life. We are looking for two female leads who resemble the girls depicted in the Mark Rucker image of the ‘Gnostic Invitation' painting. Additionally, we are scouting for two male leads, specifically Canadian Mounties. One male lead should be in his early 30s, characterized as tough yet kind-hearted, while the second should be around 40 years old, embodying a by-the-book ex-military persona. Moreover, we are interested in meeting supporting day players of all ages. We are particularly keen on those who have access to boats, possess boating skills, and can provide boating supplies, as well as those who can facilitate coastal shots. We are also looking for Directors of Photography (DPs) and crew members who are available to work in a remote location. Furthermore, we would like to connect with other film production support personnel, including local talent agents, film commissions, and chambers of commerce. This casting call is an opportunity for actors and production support personnel to be part of an exciting project. Selected individuals will receive travel reimbursement and a fee for attending a camera test in New York or LA after the initial scouting round.
