About The Position

The Sales/Admin Coordinator role at Therapy Adventures International combines clinical expertise with a mission-driven approach to improve the lives of children globally. This full-time position is designed for licensed therapists who are passionate about nonprofit work and are eager to engage in program development, recruitment, and marketing initiatives to support service trips and long-term placements abroad.

Requirements

• Active licensure as an SLP, OT, PT, or BCBA (or equivalent credential).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
• Experience in recruiting, program coordination, or marketing is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in nonprofit work.
• Background in sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Leverage clinical background to recruit students and clinicians for service opportunities.
• Manage social media accounts and marketing campaigns to promote service opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional networks, and community organizations.
• Act as an ambassador for Therapy Adventures at networking events and conferences.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the organization's mission.
