Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in motor vehicle wholesale or retail title experience preferred.
• Basic phone, computer, typing, and calculator skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
• Ability to complete detailed paperwork and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to company values and ability to handle stress effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in automotive sales administration or related field.
• Strong customer service skills and a cheerful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Submit all factory Co-op advertising claims and ensure compliance with dealership guidelines.
• Enter and delete sales personnel in the factory system with guidance from the sales manager.
• Report retail sales in a timely manner while adhering to manufacturers' guidelines.
• Process dealer trades as requested by the sales manager.
• Stock in new vehicles upon arrival, assigning stock numbers and entering them into inventory.
• Print addendums as needed or requested by sales managers.
• Order and maintain adequate stock of forms needed in deal jackets.
• Attend department meetings as requested.
• Report safety issues immediately to management.
• Comply with all policies in the Crown Employee Handbook.
