Responsibilities

  • Manage freight brokerage account and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Close new and existing customers to facilitate freight movement.
  • Oversee the transportation of clients' goods, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Negotiate rates effectively to secure business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide top-notch freight solutions.
  • Track shipments and manage the lifecycle of every shipment in your book of business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of cold calling experience required.
  • Logistics brokerage experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
