GoJump America is the premier skydiving experience in the U.S., with locations in Nevada, California, and Hawaii. With over 15,000 five-star reviews on Google, we're growing fast and need more great people to help us take care of our customers the way we want—by providing top-notch support on the phone and through live chat. Your Role You'll be the friendly voice or chat response that helps clients find the best skydiving options and resolves their questions with ease. Supported by our strong brand and your mentor, you'll work from our modern Las Vegas facility, ensuring every customer feels connected and cared for. What We're Looking For Whether you have sales experience or are new to sales and customer service, we're more interested in your positive attitude.
