About the position

The Sales Associate position is designed for individuals looking to develop their sales skills in the healthcare industry, specifically within the Bracing and Supports business. In the first year, the Sales Associate will work closely with the Territory Manager to learn the business and assist in identifying potential customers. By the second year, the role will evolve to include direct contributions to business growth through revenue management and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Territory Manager in all aspects of the sales call pattern, including covering clinics and promoting products.
  • Assist in managing inventory and converting customers to Enovis.
  • Serve as the primary backup contact for the Territory Manager.
  • Keep the Territory Manager informed of all sales-related activity, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads with the Territory Manager.
  • Introduce the Company's products to potential customers and cultivate relationships with physicians and clinic staff.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet customer needs in collaboration with the Territory Manager.
  • Provide product education on technical and clinical aspects to customers and prospective customers.
  • Measure, fit, and troubleshoot Enovis products, including custom braces.
  • Assist with equipment delivery, set-up, follow-up, and service as needed.
  • Coordinate and submit accurate paperwork for insurance billing in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate commitment to compliance and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare industry experience in customer service or sales-related area preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related healthcare field required.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
  • Must be willing to relocate in the specified geography upon assignment to Territory Manager role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Orthopedic therapeutic device training preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement preferred.
  • Knowledge of orthopedic therapeutic devices and their application preferred.
