As a Client Advisor at Venus et Fleur, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. This part-time position requires a passion for helping others and a background in luxury retail, as you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing personalized service. Your role will involve working in a dynamic retail environment, ensuring that each customer has a memorable experience with our unique floral arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Maintain a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
• Demonstrate telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
• Multi-task while being attentive to customers and flexible to business needs.
• Work as part of a team and take initiative independently.
• Open and close the store as a key holder.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Full open weekend availability and a minimum of 4 days per week availability.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Timeliness and reliability in reporting to work on time.
