About the position

The Sales Associate position at Spirit Halloween is a temporary, seasonal role focused on supporting the Store Management Team in various operational tasks. This includes setup, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal store, while ensuring high standards of guest service and sales generation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Generate sales and assist with sign waving.
• Perform general housekeeping and merchandising tasks.
• Handle signing, pricing, and POS operations.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of $15.00 - $15.20 depending on qualifications and experience.
