About the position

The Sales Associate position at Orangetheory Fitness is a part-time role focused on engaging with members and potential clients to promote fitness and wellness. The associate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, providing information about the Orangetheory concept, and assisting with membership sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness and enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as 'intros'
• Working at the front desk, including answering phones and talking to members
• Giving studio tours
• Working with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members' concerns professionally and objectively
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing
• Passion for fitness and a positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for engaging with clients and promoting fitness

Nice-to-haves
