About the position

Unity Med Wholesale is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on engaging in business-to-business (B2B) sales activities to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and grow our customer base, primarily within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to prospect and acquire new B2B customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B customers to promote customer retention and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
  • Coordinate questions and issues with appropriate personnel.
  • Continually learn about products and inventory.
  • Create, retain, and grow client base in distinct regions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree recommended.
  • 3-6 months of previous professional experience with over-the-phone customer service or sales experience recommended.
  • Excellent telephone, writing, and typing skills.
  • Strong computer and internet skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to commute.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service for at least 1 year is preferred.
