Under very limited supervision, the Regional Sales & Customer Support Manager manages a portfolio of existing accounts and develops new business for the company. Has the ability to interface successfully with customers including, but not limited to, Engine MRO shops, airlines, brokers and Engine OEMs. Assists in the development of sales strategies and growth plans for these customers. Working with leadership and the customer service/ops team to retain the business of existing accounts by communicating account & order status. Acts as the expert for BD initiatives specific to their customers and region.
