We are seeking an experienced individual contributor to join the Emburse GTM team as a Sales Commissions Analyst. This role is responsible for implementing, administering, and reporting on commissions and incentive payments. The Sales Commissions Analyst will partner with Business Leadership, Finance, Sales Operations, HR, and Payroll to ensure commissions are calculated properly, accurately, and according to approved commission plans. This position is critical in ensuring the Sales Compensation plans are executed as designed. The Sales Commissions Analyst will administer the company's commissions program using an auditable commissions processing system. This includes setting up and managing commission plans, calculating and issuing commissions, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical skills, as well as experience with commission programs. In this role, you will set up and manage commission plans, including defining goals, setting rates, and tracking performance. You will provide input to the compensation plan design, led by GTM leadership (CRO & Rev Ops) and Finance. Additionally, you will administer the compensation plans and any commission tools, collaborating with various stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and align the compensation plans with overall business strategies. You will analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation plans, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for plan improvements. Maintaining and managing a high volume of commission data inputs, providing support and training to sales team members, and maintaining accurate records of all commission transactions will also be key responsibilities. You will provide input and recommendations for streamlining processes and making process improvements, answer and resolve commission dispute tickets, and analyze results to identify any variance to plan expectations, recommending ways to address them.
