We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat as well as in person, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information with product knowledge about Hyundai and services, including pricing, availability, and features.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our vehicles and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Update customer records and document interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
  • Promote company loyalty programs and encourage customer engagement.

Requirements

  • NO High school diploma or equivalent required; however, additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
  • A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a genuine desire to help others.
