The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Rippling is designed for talented and ambitious individuals who can effectively manage high-velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification while navigating a strategic sales process. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers, contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline, and collaborating closely with Account Executives. Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert across the entire platform and understand the competitor landscape.
  • Manage outbound leads using specific qualifying criteria.
  • Engage in outbound communication with strategic and thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects.
  • Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume.
  • Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology.
  • Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work cross-functionally among different teams at Rippling
  • Desire to join a competitive team-based environment
  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
