Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Assess potential clients by evaluating their needs, goals, and budget.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and networking events.
  • Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and target clients' needs.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as lead generation activities and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales role in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of SaaS industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software and Salesloft or Outreach sales engagement platform.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel to industry-related events.
