About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Rippling is designed for talented and ambitious individuals who will manage high-velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification while navigating a strategic sales process. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers and channel partners, contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline and supporting Account Executives. This position emphasizes a winning attitude, urgency, and a passion for sales, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert across the entire platform and understand the competitor landscape.
  • Manage inbound leads using specific qualifying criteria.
  • Outbound with strategic and thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects.
  • Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume.
  • Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology.
  • Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Quebecois French.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work cross-functionally among different teams at Rippling.
  • Desire to join a competitive team-based environment.
  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
