About the position

As a Sales Development Representative at Moveworks, you will play a crucial role in introducing our innovative AI technology to leading companies. You will work closely with the Sales Development Manager to define outreach strategies and create qualified opportunities for Account Executives. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively engage with potential clients and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound leads and drive attendance to webinars and events.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries to build pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Prospect creatively using phone, email, and social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for meetings, lead creation, and pipeline generation.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss challenges and celebrate wins.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of software sales development experience.
  • Experience using sales automation tools, such as Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A history of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
  • A deep passion for sales and the sales process.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage data.
  • A growth mindset and curiosity about technology and/or AI.
  • Proven persuasive skills to overcome objections.
