Responsibilities

  • Leverage strategic acumen to identify Exclusive Leads that can make a significant impact.
  • Create innovative and captivating messages that initiate conversations with promising leads.
  • Reach out to Exclusive Leads in your designated territory and/or niche.
  • Raise awareness about the best options for clients.
  • Resolve potentially complex customer challenges and achieve team success.
  • Craft messages that engage and capture people's attention.
  • Drive meaningful conversations with potential customers through warm calling.
  • Build a sales pipeline and identify high-quality opportunities.
  • Execute strategic prospecting by identifying the right individuals and sparking their interest.
  • Communicate proficiently, both verbally and in writing, to provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Embrace technology in work style and thrive in a diverse team environment.
  • Engage in experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, recruitment, HR technology, or machine learning technology is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer challenges.
  • Experience in crafting engaging messages for potential customers.
  • Proficiency in warm calling and driving meaningful conversations.
  • Ability to build a sales pipeline and identify high-quality opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
