Furnished Finder is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Director of Sales to lead our team through its next stage of growth. This role oversees both New Listing Sales and Customer Success, with full accountability for revenue performance, department P&L, and team leadership across acquisition, retention, and account value expansion. Our core product is a $179 annual subscription that allows property owners to list furnished monthly housing for traveling professionals. Most customers purchase a single listing, but we are expanding capabilities to support larger B2B buyers who may purchase at scale. The sales model is inbound and marketing-driven, with a fully phone-based sales team that plays a critical role in converting leads who don’t respond to automated outreach and require education on our platform’s value. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for expanding new listings, reactivating churned landlords, and improving account growth and retention. You’ll lead a fully remote team of 55 agents, primarily based in Colombia, and own HubSpot CRM improvements, compensation planning, and the development of scalable systems that drive team performance. This is an ideal role for a proven sales leader with experience in high-velocity, B2C subscription environments, and a passion for operational excellence, coaching, and data-driven decision-making. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
