About the position

The IT Solutions Outside Sales Specialist / Account Manager is responsible for promoting, managing, and selling a range of IT and Cloud products, including communication, data, and security solutions. This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with management and marketing to execute campaigns aimed at generating sales opportunities. The position requires strong communication skills and a methodical approach to achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell IT/Cloud Products, Communication Products, Data Products, and Security Products.
  • Prospect, qualify, and manage the sales pipeline to close sales for various IT Data/Network Solutions.
  • Manage sales cycles from beginning to end while collaborating with management to meet sales goals.
  • Work with management and marketing to execute phone and email campaigns to generate leads.
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and sales in the CRM system to report on the active sales funnel and progress toward goals.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in technical sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational habits with a methodical approach to work.

  • Positive approach to managing pressure and adapting to changing environments.
