About the position

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on industrial sales. This role involves collaborating with the General Manager and Plant Manager to enhance our sales capabilities and expand our customer base. The Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing sales objectives, developing sales quotas, and implementing sales programs to drive growth and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish sales objectives with the General Manager to support a 5-year growth plan.
  • Develop annual sales quotas and implement sales programs.
  • Review sales performance and modify strategies as needed.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mixes, and selling prices by monitoring market trends and competitors.
  • Establish and adjust sales prices based on costs and supply/demand indicators.
  • Communicate internally to ensure procedures meet customer expectations.
  • Compile and submit data required for customer quotations.
  • Work with customers' specific ERP systems to manage quotes.
  • Implement new products and maintain sales records in the PLEX system.
  • Project expected sales volume and profit for new and existing products.
  • Prepare reports for general management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related working experience is required.
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills are essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
