About the position

The Outside Sales Supervisor at Experigreen Lawn Care is responsible for overseeing all sales activities within a designated branch. This role focuses on maintaining staff levels, generating leads, and managing the performance of the sales team to achieve sales budgets. The position requires strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to expand the customer base and enhance service quality as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing plans
• Actively pursue all prospective customer leads through all marketing channels
• Work to resolve any customer or sales complaints
• Plan and conduct ongoing training for the sales team
• Track all work procedures pertaining to the sales team
• Maintain performance standards that align with approved budgets, including following corrective action procedures
• Ensure all staffing, recruiting, and interview procedures are conducted to efficiently train and staff all sales functions as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of related experience in the lawn/horticulture agronomic field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required
• 2+ years of outside sales experience required
• Valid Driver's License
