About the position

The Sales Operation Manager at CTR America is responsible for optimizing operational systems and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves direct communication with customers to understand their needs, managing inventory, and implementing logistic strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proven track record in sales operations management.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answering customer questions, resolving concerns, and providing information via calls and emails.
  • Liaising between customers and internal teams.
  • Filling orders by transferring them to fulfillment and communicating expected delivery dates.
  • Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies and regulations.
  • Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies.
  • Implementing logistic strategies and tracking goods from origin to warehouse.
  • Analyzing supply chain data and resolving issues or implementing alternative plans.
  • Identifying and minimizing risks by predicting product demand and adopting new technologies.
  • Managing inventory, packing, and distribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience in wholesale; retail experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep digital understanding and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Skill in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Dynamics 365) is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus.
  • Experience in agency and/or vendor roles is preferred.
