About the position

The Sales Operations Analyst at Datasite plays a crucial role in driving sales success through data-driven insights and strategic planning. This position supports the strategic development, planning, and reporting of sales information, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and analyze sales performance. The role is integral to identifying growth opportunities and enhancing overall sales effectiveness within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage internal and external data sources to inform sales strategies, identify trends, and recommend initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance across regions to uncover insights, develop analytical frameworks, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new revenue opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure effective utilization of Salesforce Lightning to support sales operations and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and enablement teams to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Work closely with analytics, marketing, inside sales, and sales teams to align on objectives, KPIs, and initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and drive operational improvements to support sales growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Salesforce).
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Lightning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for sales operations and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
