About the position

The Sales Operations Associate Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer and Sales Account Manager needs are met and understood across various departments within the company. This role involves providing internal sales support, building relationships with customers, effective communication with management, and delivering superior service to existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal support to the sales team by facilitating information and requests.
• Set up new customers and locations, ensuring efficient sales processes.
• Manage internal logistics and electronic data related to customer websites.
• Oversee customer price increases and profiles, managing projects to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on customer presentations and analyze customer behavior data.
• Develop professional relationships with assigned customers and guide the sales team in internal navigation.
• Communicate effectively with National Account Managers and Senior Management, conducting bi-weekly meetings with Account Managers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring timely completion of work.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Customer service associate.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and multitasking skills with strong organization and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows Operating System.

• Experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Familiarity with retail systems and customer relationship management tools.
