About the position

The Sales Operations Manager for North America Startups at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting the growth of high-growth startups. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows, extract actionable insights from data, and enhance operational productivity. The manager will lead change management initiatives and build strong relationships across functions to ensure AWS becomes the primary Cloud Service Provider for startups.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Business Development teams to achieve NAMER Startups goals.
  • Optimize workflows and extract actionable insights from data to support sales operations.
  • Define key sales support systems aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead change management initiatives for process improvements.
  • Enhance operational productivity across the NAMER SUP organization.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Business Development, Partner, Finance, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
