About the position

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes, enhance reporting and analytics, and support strategic sales initiatives. This role will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth sales execution and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline and improve sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM optimization.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to track sales performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Oversee the administration and enhancement of sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and customer success to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Assist in developing sales materials, training programs, and resources to enhance team productivity.
  • Ensure accurate sales commissions, quota setting, and performance tracking in coordination with finance.
  • Maintain documentation of sales policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role within a fintech, SaaS, or technology company.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), sales analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • A knack for improving efficiency and implementing scalable sales processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and present insights effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
