Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize sales processes to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Oversee the implementation and usage of HubSpot for sales tracking, reporting, and CRM management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in developing sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Train and support the sales team in CRM best practices and sales tools.
• Ensure accurate sales reporting and communicate insights to management.
• Work cross-functionally with departments including marketing, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
• Proficient in HubSpot CRM and sales tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience working closely with marketing teams to support sales efforts.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the beauty or retail industry is a plus.
