Responsibilities

• Drive improvement and implement initiatives by managing projects and customer communications while collaborating with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute strategies, continuously develop processes, projects, and systems to drive efficiencies, eliminate waste, and maximize profitability.
• Lead collaboration and continued development of the platform and the company's call center services.
• Collaborate with Market Unit leadership and Channel leadership to develop tools, training and tracking.
• Coordinate customer communications through the internal platform and the company's call center service including new products, commercial offers, and operations changes, i.e., re-routes, holiday planning, etc.
• Create metrics, help develop dashboard to monitor metrics and establish a culture of transparency within the team and across project areas.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of people leadership experience.
