About the position

Drives overall sale planning and enablement functions to maximize sales team effectiveness and market share penetration through systems, processes, KPI management, and organizational management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation and evaluate current system format and recommend changes to improve pipeline management, including adoption & management of CRM system(s)
  • Establish market and statistically proven opportunity probability governance & collects and evaluates sales data & analyzes economic conditions to measure the attainment of opportunities
  • Track pipeline opportunities and drive accountability
  • Evaluate budget progress on a quarterly basis, understand underperformance, arrange assistance and support for sales persons with undesirable trends
  • Collaborate as a member of a cross-functional team to refine/deploy sales related marketing campaigns and communications
  • Prepares sales forecast, recommends quotas for sales representatives, and advises on changes in promotional efforts
  • Consolidates & tracks sales opportunities with all territory managers; analyzes opportunities against market trends & presents recommended paths of growth to management
  • Establish key performance metrics and dashboards that align with the organization’s growth strategies and use them to optimize sales execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in the design and creation of motivational compensation and incentive programs
  • Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to lead diverse teams and drive sales effectiveness
  • Strong capability in designing and implementing sales processes aligned to the strategic goals of the business
  • 5+ years of sales operation management experience
  • 2+ years managing sales functions within a CRM system
  • Experience prioritizing tasks & managing collaboration between multiple forces
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Power BI and/or JDE Reports
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Typically require a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience
