About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at Spray Foam Genie is responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the insulation industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The position involves generating leads, negotiating contracts, and coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and exceed sales goals.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotes and pricing schedules.
  • Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Attend networking events to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understand and promote company programs.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintain client records and answer questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Attend a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year.
  • Manage Field Technician Manager and general operations of the business.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in sales
  • Must have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Must have a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computers and different software applications
  • Must be willing and able to pass a pulmonary fit test
  • Must be willing and able to crawl into tight spaces / crawl spaces.
