About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at TAT Technologies is a strategic role focused on enhancing sales productivity and optimizing processes within the sales team. This position involves providing analytical support, developing efficient sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in sales operations and data analytics to drive performance and support the sales team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance sales team performance and productivity.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales performance, and provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
  • Create and maintain sales performance dashboards and regular reports to track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Train sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices to ensure optimal use of resources and technology.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, to align sales strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including playbooks, presentations, and competitive intelligence resources.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and compliance with sales processes, in conjunction with the CRM Manager.
  • Lead special projects related to sales operations, including system implementations and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, outstanding presentation skills, ability to 'tell a story' using data.
