About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at PSSI is a dynamic role focused on optimizing sales processes, enhancing team performance, and driving growth within the organization. This position involves overseeing sales analytics, managing CRM systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success and alignment with sales goals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining workflows and providing strategic insights to elevate sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor team effectiveness.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Manage the proposal and contract flow for new business, renewals, and changes in scope or price.
  • Own the sales forecasting process, collaborating with sales leadership to create accurate sales projections.
  • In collaboration with HR, design, implement, and manage sales compensation and incentive plans.
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales processes with broader company goals.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs and materials to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Assist in setting sales quotas and territory assignments based on market potential and sales team capacity.
  • Drive adoption of new sales strategies, tools, and processes within the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
  • Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement change.
