About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at Liberty Diversified International is responsible for overseeing the effectiveness and efficiency of sales operations functions. This role involves leading critical Market to Cash activities, managing a sales operations team, and ensuring operational processes such as pricing execution, reporting and analytics, sales incentive planning, and customer event coordination are executed effectively. The position is hybrid and reports to the Director of Sales and Customer Care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver data and analysis to support sales management and demand generation in partnership with the Sales leadership team.
  • Own and execute the pricing execution process for both Dealer and National Accounts channel teams.
  • Lead coordination of sales meetings, customer showroom experiences, and trade shows.
  • Create, monitor, report, and execute sales incentive plans in coordination with sales leaders, finance, and HR.
  • Lead projects to improve demand generation and customer experience for internal and external customers.
  • Manage internal communications to sales teams regarding operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of experience driving process improvements in sales or customer-facing environments.
  • 2+ years of pricing or reporting and analytics experience.
  • Results oriented, process driven, and analytical thinker.
  • Previous change management experience.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and/or Operational Excellence training or certification.
  • Previous experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
  • Experience as a direct supervisor of teams.
  • CRM experience.
  • General Services Administration (GSA)/state contract experience.
